Refund policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Any merchandise that has been worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return. If these conditions are not met, Anétoile reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer.

International Returns

To return an item, first request a return authorization via the link below and follow the provided instructions.

International Returns Center

You will be prompted to enter your order number and the email address associated with your order. Then, you can select the item(s) for return and instantly generate your return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Duties and customs fees are non-refundable. To reclaim these fees, you must contact your local customs office.

For orders from Canada, items eligible for duties and tax refunds under the CREDITS program will be fully refunded.

Anétoile is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to returned packages.

Returns within the Netherlands and the European Union

For orders delivered within the Netherlands and the European Union, request a return authorization via the link below and follow the instructions.

Netherlands & EU Returns Center

Customers will be refunded the full amount paid for the returned item(s).

The costs and risks associated with any return are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure that you keep proof of deposit until the refund or exchange has been processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for orders delivered within the Netherlands and the European Union.

To exchange an item, first request a return authorization and follow the instructions provided.

Netherlands & EU Returns Center

Exchanges are shipped free of charge.

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or style, please request a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, due to limited stock availability, if you wish to secure a specific item, we recommend placing a new order first and returning the original item afterward.

Refunds

Once our quality control team verifies that the returned item(s) meet the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 10-15 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

The refund does not include shipping costs.

Orders paid with a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit will automatically be refunded as store credit.

End of Season & Archive Sale

                            End of Season Sale: These items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit or a different size.

                            Archive Sale: These items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size (if available).

Defective or Damaged Products

If any of the items delivered are defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days.

In-Store Returns

                            Items purchased in-store are non-refundable. However, they can be exchanged within 1 month in-store only.

                            Items purchased online cannot be refunded in-store. They can only be exchanged in-store or returned online following the instructions above.

                            Store credit and gift cards can be used in-store.
